Essent, a Dutch energy company based in 's-Hertogenbosch, completed the acquisition of the remaining shares in InEnergie, a firm specialized in managing, developing, operating, and financing sustainable energy projects. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the acquisition of the remaining shares, Essent accelerates the growth ambitions of its subsidiary Essent Infrastructure Solutions – which focuses on sustainable heating and cooling solutions for customers in the commercial market.
