DESNZ completed the acquisition of ESO from National Grid for £630m.

Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, a ministerial department of the Government of the United Kingdom, completed the acquisition of ESO, an electricity system operator, from National Grid, a multinational electricity and gas utility company, for £630m ($842m).
