Apollo-backed ABC Technologies to acquire TI Fluid in a £1.8bn deal.

Apollo-backed ABC Technologies, a manufacturer and supplier of components to the global automotive industry, agreed to acquire TI Fluid, a manufacturer of thermal and fluid system solutions for the full range of current and developing vehicle architectures, in a £1.8bn deal. “This transaction is a transformative strategic opportunity which unlocks value for all of our stakeholders and provides a platform for further growth.
