Waterland Private Equity-backed Alliance Electronics completed the acquisition of EMS Factory.

Waterland Private Equity-backed Alliance Electronics, a manufacturer of electronic cards in small and medium series, completed the acquisition of EMS Factory, a company specializing in electronic prototyping and the assembly of electronic cards. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This alliance fits perfectly with our strategy of offering a wide range of services covering engineering, prototyping, industrialization, and the production of small and medium series. This merger will allow us to soon reach €20 million in turnover on our prototyping activities," Armel Fourreau, Alliance Electronics CEO.
