Quadrum Capital-backed Springboard Network, a group of European companies specializing in secure network solutions, completed the acquisition of Friday Networks, a professional advisor and provider of solutions in networking. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition fits perfectly with our strategy and offers new growth opportunities for both companies.
