Erste Asset Management to acquire Impact Asset Management.

Erste Asset Management, an international asset management company with a strong position in CEE region, agreed to acquire Impact Asset Management, a Vienna-based specialist asset manager. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition is part of Erste’s strategy to enhance its position as a leading provider of ESG and sustainable investment solutions while expanding its reach in the German market.
