White Cap completed the acquisition of Jobsite Supply.

White Cap, a distributor of specialty construction supplies and safety products for professional contractors, completed the acquisition of Jobsite Supply, a supplier of concrete accessories and forming and shoring solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to welcome Jobsite Supply to the White Cap family.
