Quexco to acquire Mutlu Akü from Metair Investments.

Quexco, a US-based company holding investments in the energy and materials space, agreed to acquire Mutlu Akü, a Turkish auto battery manufacturer, from Metair Investments, a South Africa-based company manufacturing and supplying automotive components and energy storage solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
