H.I.G. Capital, a global alternative investment firm, completed the investment in Ziegert Group, a fully integrated German real estate platform with a long-standing presence in the Berlin and Leipzig markets. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We believe that certain segments of the German residential market are at an inflection point and are offering attractive investment opportunities.
