EP Wealth Advisors, an investment management, financial planning and wealth advisory firm, completed the acquisition of CornerCap, a wealth management services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “EP Wealth focuses on people when partnering with firms, and CornerCap is a talented group who will be a great addition to our team.
