TeamSystem completed the acquisition of Distrito K.

TeamSystem, a technology company providing business management solutions for SMEs and professionals, completed the acquisition of Distrito K, a provider of ERP solutions for SMEs. Financial terms were not disclosed. Distrito K is a provider of ERP solutions for SMEs, delivering services to 3.6k medium-sized companies that use its business management software. The company has developed in-house a broad portfolio of both horizontal and vertical solutions spanning a wide range of industries in the Spanish market. Among others, Distrito K has designed an ERP system that enables a high level of customisation thanks to advanced built-in scripting programming language, compatible with mobile devices and eCommerce applications.
