Synopsis

EveryMatrix, an iGaming software provider company, agreed to acquire Fantasma Games, a Stockholm based game studio founded in 2016, for €18.5m. The acceptance period for the offer is expected to commence on September 19th 2024 and expire on October 10th 2024.
