Scotmid Co-operative completed the acquisition of Fosters Funeral Directors.

Scotmid Co-operative, a funeral services provider, completed the acquisition of Fosters Funeral Directors, an independent co-operative. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is an exciting acquisition for Scotmid and is absolutely in line with our strategy to grow our funeral business. The Fosters business is a great fit geographically extending our branch network further west and bringing with it some very experienced people in the funeral sector,” Karen Scott, Scotmid Co-operative CEO.
