Verder Group completed the acquisition of Sauermann for €77m.

Verder Group, a manufacturer and distributor of industrial pumps and laboratory equipment, completed the acquisition of Sauermann, a supplier of HVAC-R condensate removal pumps and indoor air quality instruments, for €77m.
