Playtika completed the acquisition of SuperPlay for $700m.

Playtika, a mobile gaming entertainment and technology company, completed the acquisition of SuperPlay, an Israeli mobile games developer, for $700m. “Acquiring SuperPlay is a strategic decision that underscores Playtika’s mobile gaming industry leadership.
