Ghella completed the acquisition of RIX Group.

Ghella, an Italian and international civil engineering company, completed the acquisition of RIX Group, a construction services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition marks a significant milestone for Ghella as we consolidate our presence in Australia.
