Comp4ss and Engenharia e Consultoria completed the acquisition of Meta Engineering from Haxdel Invest.

Comp4ss, an engineering company, and Engenharia e Consultoria, an engineering services company, completed the acquisition of Meta Engineering, a provider of consulting and engineering services, from Haxdel Invest, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
