Kerridge Commercial Systems completed the acquisition of Vigo Software.

Kerridge Commercial Systems, a Hungerford-based global provider of ERP and business management software solutions for distribution and logistics industries, completed the acquisition of Vigo Software, a Redditch-based company specializing in transport and warehouse management systems for the haulage and logistics sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Vigo has experienced substantial growth over the last few years.
