Neinor Homes, a residential property developer, to acquire a 10% minority stake in Promociones Habitat from Bain Capital, a private multi-asset alternative investment firm. It forms a new $78mn Joint Venture between Bain Capital and Neinor Homes. “This deal is bound to transform the growth paradigm in the Spanish residential sector, where in recent years existing platforms haven’t been able to scale meaningfully.
