Octopus Energy Generation, a renewable energy investor, completed the acquisition of Exagen Group, a renewable energy company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I founded Exagen to deliver and manage a robust pipeline of UK renewable energy projects with the mission of fighting climate change.
