Metso to acquire Diamond Z and Screen Machine Industries from Crane Group.

Metso, an industrial machinery company, agreed to acquire Diamond Z, an industrial tub grinders, horizontal grinders, track grinders, & metal recycling equipment manufacturer, and Screen Machine Industries, a tumbler screening machine manufacturer, from Crane Group, a family-owned investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. We are very happy to welcome Diamond Z and Screen Machine Industries to the Metso group of companies.
