BTG Pactual completed the acquisition of Greytown Advisors.

BTG Pactual, a financial company that operates in the markets of investment banking, wealth management, and asset management, completed the acquisition of Greytown Advisors, an investment management company that offers asset management, consultation and financial services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Greytown was not the first or the only one we looked at, but it was the first one we reached an agreement with after two years of courtship,” Rogerio Pessoa, BTG Partner.
