Marubeni, a trading and investment business conglomerate that handles products and provides services, completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in Eagle Ford CCS project from Ozona, a company that has all the skills in-house to design, permit, construct, and operate carbon capture. Financial terms were not disclosed.
