Apogee Enterprises completed the acquisition of UW Interco from Heartwood Partners for $240m.

Apogee Enterprises, an architectural services company, completed the acquisition of UW Interco, a vertically integrated manufacturer of high-performance coated substrates, from Heartwood Partners, a middle market private equity firm, for $242m. “UW Solutions is a highly strategic acquisition, aligned with our strategy of adding differentiated businesses with a track record of operating excellence to our portfolio.
