Graco to acquire Corob from Ardian for €260m.

Graco, an industrial company specializing in the development and manufacturing of fluid-handling systems and products, agreed to acquire Corob, a tinting solutions provider across diverse industries, from Ardian, a private investment house, for €260m. “The addition of Corob to our portfolio builds on our strong global position in the growing paint and coating machinery manufacturing category within our Contractor segment. This acquisition advances our key strategies of global growth and expanding into new and adjacent markets.
