BankID BankAxept, a digital identification, signature and card payment services provider, completed the acquisition of Criipto, a secure user authentication and digital signature solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We expect to strengthen our position with BankID BankAxept as our owners. They are competent buyers who know us and our products, and we share ambitions for the future. We anticipate accelerating our product development and expanding our access to European markets,” Niels Flensted-Jensen, Criipto CEO.
