Freudenberg completed the acquisition of Heytex from Bencis Capital.

Freudenberg, a German family-owned diversified group of companies whose products include housewares and cleaning products, automobile parts, textiles, building materials, and telecommunications, completed the acquisition of Heytex, a technical textiles producer, from Bencis Capital, an independent investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
