Patterson-backed National Veterinary Services completed the acquisition of Infusion Concepts.

Patterson-backed National Veterinary Services, a U.K.-based animal health distributor, completed the acquisition of Infusion Concepts, a company focused on the design and supply of veterinary infusion, drainage and critical care products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to add the entire Infusion Concepts product line to our portfolio. Their expertise in designing infusion pumps specifically for animals, coupled with their high quality standards, aligns with our mission of delivering excellence in animal health care for veterinarians,” George Henriques, Patterson Companion Animal President.
