Goldman Sachs Alternatives-backed Constructel Visabeira completed the acquisition of Sargent Electric for $65m.

Goldman Sachs Alternatives-backed Constructel Visabeira, a provider of energy and telecommunications engineering and construction services, completed the acquisition of Sargent Electric, a full-service electrical services company, for $65m. "This strategic partnership will allow us to accelerate our growth further, bringing additional services and capabilities to our existing customers and introducing Sargent to the Constructel customers as well. We also look forward to the opportunity to expand our combined value proposition to better serve the US market," Rob Smith, Sargent Electric CEO.
