Heppner, a specialist creator of transport and logistics solutions, completed the acquisition of Segers Internationaal Transport, a logistics company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Segers Internationaal Transport and its addition into our network will enable us to densify our territorial coverage and extend our operational capacities in the Netherlands," Jean-Thomas Schmitt, Heppner Group Chairman and CEO.
