B Capital Partners completed the acquisition of TEHA Technischer Hausservice from Gomez Group Metering.

B Capital Partners, a financial services firm, completed the acquisition of TEHA Technischer Hausservice, a metering service provider and partner for the housing industry, from Gomez Group Metering, a provider of water, heating, and energy consumption management solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to grow our metering platform with TEHA.
