Bowmark Capital completed the acquisition of a stake in Transparity from Beech Tree.

Bowmark Capital, the mid-market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a stake in Transparity, a Microsoft technology partner, from Beech Tree, a private equity firm in Birmingham, England.
