Prudential to acquire the remaining 49% stake in Prudential Zenith Life Insurance from Veritas Registrars.

Prudential, an insurance and asset management company, agreed to acquire the remaining 49% stake in Prudential Zenith Life Insurance, an insurance company, from Veritas Registrars, a company that provides share registration services for capital market clients. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This transaction increases our participation in an attractive market with significant growth potential," Emmanuel Aryee Mokobi, Prudential CEO, Africa.
