Livingbridge completed the acquisition of Dimeo from Colinton Capital Partners.

Livingbridge, a private equity firm, that invests in consumer markets including retail, consumer products, leisure, healthcare, education, and information technology sectors, completed the acquisition of Dimeo, a cleaning services company, from Colinton Capital Partners, a mid-market investment group that provides growth capital solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
