Accursia Capital completed the acquisition of DVS Production and DVS Production South from DVS TECHNOLOGY.

Accursia Capital, a Munich-based private equity company, completed the acquisition of DVS Production and DVS Production South from DVS TECHNOLOGY, a mechanical engineering services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the acquisition of DVS Production and DVS Production South, we are strengthening our market position and strategically expanding our portfolio despite of the challenging market conditions.
