CGE and Five Arrows completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Intact from IMCap Partners.

CGE, a private equity investment firm, and Five Arrows, a private equity manager, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Intact, an audit, certification and standard management software provider, from IMCap Partners, an investment firm.
