Synopsis
Frasers Group, a British retailing group, failed to acquire remaining 63% stake in Mulberry, a company that manufactures and sells leather accessories, ready- to-wear men's and women's clothing and an interior design collection, for £52m. Frasers, which already owns 37% of Mulberry, is prepared to pay 130 pence per share for the remaining equity, valuing the company at about £83 million ($111 million).
