LLCP completed the acquisition of The Expert Institute from Spectrum Equity.

LLCP, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, completed the acquisition of The Expert Institute, a provider of outsourced legal services to the attorney market, from Spectrum Equity, a private equity firm.
