Addtech to acquire Unilite.

Addtech, a technical solutions group, agreed to acquire Unilite, an energy-efficient skylights, fire safety, and ventilation solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. Unilite complements the operations conducted with a focus on energy efficiency and safety within the Energy Products business unit. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Addtech's earnings per share during the current financial year.
