EQT-backed Dellner Group completed the acquisition of Antec.

EQT-backed Dellner Group, a Swedish original equipment manufacturer of train connection systems such as couplers, gangway systems and dampers, completed the acquisition of Antec, a company that designs, manufactures, and maintains brakes for wind turbines and industrial applications.
