Fujifilm, a multinational conglomerate company, completed the acquisition of the the small to mid-sized business of DXC Technology, a provider of information technology services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very excited to announce the acquisition of the SMB Practices of DXC Technology in Oceania.
