Sherwin-Williams completed the acquisition of Metal Packaging Coatings business of Henkel.

Sherwin-Williams, an American paints and coatings company, completed the acquisition of Metal Packaging Coatings business of Henkel, a German multinational chemical and consumer goods company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to welcome the talented employees from Henkel’s metal packaging coatings business to Sherwin-Williams.
