Element Materials Technology completed the acquisition of ISS Inspection Services from Wynnchurch Capital.

Element Materials Technology, a provider of testing, inspection, and certification services for highly regulated end markets, completed the acquisition of ISS Inspection Services, a provider of non-destructive testing, inspection, and other special process services supporting the aerospace, space, energy and defense industries, from Wynnchurch Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "ISS Inspection Services is a fantastic business with a loyal customer base.
