Grid Dynamics, a provider of technology consulting, platform and product engineering, AI, and digital engagement services, completed the acquisition of JUXT, a UK-based provider of software engineering services specialising in data-intensive information systems for banking and other financial institutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
