Leden Group completed the acquisition of Konepaja Stamac.

Leden Group, a growing international contract manufacturer in the metal industry, completed the acquisition of Konepaja Stamac, a Seinäjoki-based company specializing in machining services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With this acquisition, we significantly strengthen our machining division alongside our robust sheet metal production. This expansion supports our profitable growth strategy, and reaching the 100 million euro milestone this autumn is a remarkable achievement for our team," Jukka Haapalainen, Leden Group CEO.
