Mastercard to acquire Minna Technologies.

Mastercard, a multinational financial services corporation that provides payment processing services for credit and debit cards, electronic cash, automated teller machines, and travelers checks, agreed to acquire Minna Technologies, a subscription management company that connects banks and fintech with subscription businesses. FInancial terms were not disclosed.
