Clinglobal completed the acquisition of OCRvet.

Clinglobal, an animal health services company, completed the acquisition of OCRvet, a European translational and animal health field trial CRO. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition is in line with Clinglobal's strategic decision a little over a year ago to enter the field clinical trial space. OCRvet will complement the international team of animal health professionals that Clinglobal brought together during the first half of 2024.
