Thoma Bravo, a software investment firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in USU Product, a provider of software and service solutions for IT and customer-service management. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With the closing of the transaction, we are now shifting our entire focus to the expansion of our USU platform and offerings to create more value for our customers while accelerating our growth.
