Stax Payments completed the acquisition of BlockChyp.

Stax Payments, a payment technology provider, completed the acquisition of BlockChyp, a US-based payment gateway and API platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition by Stax opens access for our customers to be served by an incredibly experienced team and allows us to continue to develop innovative payment solutions for our partners and customers.
