Apollo to acquire a minority stake in Deutsche Wohnen from Vonovia for €1bn.

Apollo, an alternative investment manager, agreed to acquire a minority stake in Deutsche Wohnen, a German property company, from Vonovia, a European multinational real estate company, for €1bn. “Apollo is very pleased to further expand our partnership with Vonovia and assist Germany’s largest residential real estate company in reaching its strategic objectives.
